When can I expect my order?

It takes approximately 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri) for your order to be processed successfully. The average delivery time is about 4-6 working days (Mon-Fri) to the United Kingdom.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, it may happen that your order gets damaged during delivery. As a customer, there's nothing you can do to prevent this. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@vipfashionclo.com. It is necessary to take photos of the damage and attach them to your email. In any case, your product will be replaced or refunded.
Please do not return the item without sharing the pictures with us. We will not be able to find a proper solution for you otherwise. Our customer service will process your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
What happens if you bought the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item?
